I can show you what parts you will need to build a PC that will play any game with no lag.
Also I need to know how much money you want to spend the more money the higher setting you can use for a clearer graphics.

I wouldn't go so far as to say AMD is the best, it's a preference of choice, I have a Ati graphics card and a good one at that but I wish I would have gone Nvidia for the sake that the drivers are more compatible with windows 7 and they are kept up to date much more swiftly than AMD.

Depends what you plan on doing.

The i7 is a bit faster, but not by a large margin.

I suggest you go with AMD, you can get better bang for your buck compared to the 2500K and 2600K. Here are three processors you should choose, these are the top end AMD processors available.
