Well, recently I having problem with my internet because my country, Malaysia block some web and I only can access by using the program call Hot Spot Shield.
Well does that program effect the download speed?

Whoops, soz. That motherboard only supports DDR3 RAM, so you will need to buy new DDR3 RAM. It has lots of performance improvements, and it is really cheap, to get, say 4GB DDR3 RAM. This RAM is compatible with your motherboard, and is pretty cheap (good quality though). Newegg.com - G.SKILL NS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-4GBNS Its only around $32.

But.. I thought 32-bit Windows only support up t0 4GB, but if I buy new grapic card with build in RAM, the Windows will ignore it right?
Right now I can't afford a new GPU, at least I change my CPU first, and that should increase a lot of performance.

Once you get the new processor and motherboard, you should do a clean install of Windows 7 64 bit, as your computer will be able to run 64-bit. The GPU VRAM and RAM is totaled to a limit of around 4 or less GB of RAM, so installing Windows 7 64-bit is a good idea.

If I don't have a Windows 64 bit cd, how can I install?

Essentially, you would be building a new computer if you want the i5 processor, because you'll need a new motherboard, new rams, and possibly a new graphics card (can be pretty expensive). If you want a temporary fix to play some games that you currently can't play, you should try and get the best new processor for your current motherboard. That way you just replace a processor.

And a 32bit windows 7 would be fine for playing almost all games. I know 64bit gives you access to more memory but I don't know many games that exceed 4 GB.
