Yes!!! Spent last night upgrading two of my pcs to 7000. Got my laptop activated...now to my vaio, and my xps. Hopefully the keys work for build 6956...the xps has to have it until digital cable is figured out on build 7000.

edit: 6956 activates as well.

sidenote: Homegroups are awesome in win7.

Links still seem to redirect even after I have logged in to passport. I think this method works only if you were one of the ones that actually got to sign up the other day. I think we should be patient as they said they would be opening up the beta again. I am sure it won't be more then 30 days away anyways to get the keys. I have tried to use a couple keys that people have given me however I am unable to contact the validation server it just times out. Anyone else experiencing this issue as well?


EDIT: Nevermind I tried it again and activation was successful.
