Getting Blue screen, error code Locale ID: 2057, bccode:116

Hi guys,

Please help if possible. Having this problem already more then 3 months.

I watch football live lets say and suddenly screen gets gray, laptop starts beeping (don't really know how to express that sound) and crashes, then I have to start it in safe mode. Or sometimes the screen gets mini squares. Or I get blue screen with this message:
