Solved getting error an installation support file could not be installed

i just restored my system back to facotry defaults because i didn't need one ediion of Windows and now i am trying to un-install bloatware that came with my system and one of the programs is called Cyberlink Pwer2Go and when i try to uninstall it i keep getting the error An installation support file could not be installed, the system cannot find the file specified, and when i am trying to un-install another program called OneKey Recovery the program doesn't un-install fully how can i fix this so i can get these programs off my computer without harming my system thank you

Hi there .. Have you Uninstalled the Solution Center .. Then try removing One Key Recovery from programs and features .. Cyber Link is part of One Key Recovery ..

i am just going to go through the recovery process again hoping it will fix all my problems because i was also getting error codes with Windows Update for no reason so i will just see what this brings

Just a suggestion why do not go for a Clean Install .. That is the best way to get rid of the bloatware

i have already finished the recovery and it uninstalled now i am just waiting on all these updates luckily my machine originally came with SP! so it should take less time
