Getting error when trying to run Paragon Backup

I've been having issues lately running Paragon Backup to make a copy of my C: drive

Here is a pic of what is happening, anyone have any ideas?

Try to backup with the Paragon Recovery Media (either WinPE or Linux based) and report results.

You may work out other possible solutions later.

Is that under tools: Recovery Media Builder?

When I hover over it says it "create bootable recovery media"

Could my HDD be messed up? Should I run Seatools on it?
