Hello, today I joined this forum so I could at last fix the Blue Screens I got since 1st June. They were random for different reasons, but I want to fix what I could, so please lend me your help. If there are other Blue screens which I would get, I would post them, so please help me out!

I think I did what was told in the instructions, here is the link to get the files you need : https://www.sendspace.com/file/9eyyow

P.S. I would be in your debt if you could help me because I got tons of programs and etc. which got options and stuff downloaded that it would take at least few days to get them. And if something is wrong with my post, I would fix it, just say the word.

Ok mate look sorry I cannot open either of those links so I cannot see what the dumps are and the zipped one because I cannot unzip it.

Now concerning the clean install fixing the problem is really 50/50 chance at best because if it is a component failure then all the installs in the world are not going to fix that component.

Is there any chance you can send a screenshot of the screen while it is blue?? it might give one or two clues as to why this is happening but of course now as good as the dump files.

Now if you an boot into safe mode then do so and run these

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker - Windows 7 Help Forums
Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2

if you can keep it running for long enough these as well
SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes for Windows
AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
NB If anyone who has Kaspersky as their security they may find it will not like ADW running and to stop the nagging just temporarily disable the Kaspersky while one runs ADW

Now if you have to reinstall then there are ways of saving your data files but let us see what happens with these scans.

I don't know why you can't open the archives, but have them now : https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6B7ZyDtb1QfdHY2UDN6aG9WS1U/view?usp=sharing mini dump files(my net is bad and can't upload large files)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6B7ZyDtb1QfSU4zQ0RCWkxXQnc/view?usp=sharing (this archive is from dm log collector)

P.S. In April had a bit a of a problem with my mouse which was moving without clicking and then downloaded adwcleaner and since then I use it every few weeks. Also had a BSOD with error code from my old antivirus software which was AVG free version. So I remove it from my PC and installed Avira Free and since then I don't think I ever had a BSOD from AVG, so I think it's not my hardware, but maybe something like drivers, in a few days I would run to check my PC for corrupted files and etc. And I asked a person to check the archive I did this time and they said that it can be extracted.

Ok got them open after a bit of a run around as they normally can be just opened by opening them at our end but there is this
Code:
[COLOR=Red]BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)[/COLOR]
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
verifier to a suspect driver.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000020, a pool block header size is corrupt.
Arg2: fffff8a005a18bf0, The pool entry we were looking for within the page.
Arg3: fffff8a005a18f10, The next pool entry.
Arg4: 0000000005320030, (reserve

Now I think for starters it is a good idea to start with these
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < if necessary include the /f switch and if this does not make any improvement then just run this switch instead /r in the command line as per Option2 [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary [/FONT]

[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]if no fix then these [/FONT]

[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]http://www.superantispyware.com/ [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ [/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif](NB If you are running Kaspersky as the main AV then it might need disabling it when trying ADW because it does not like it at times)[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]
[/FONT]

[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Becasue I cannot find any definite reference to a driver as such.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]
[/FONT]

[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]Just as a by the by did you use the AVG removal tool when you got rid of it because uninstallingfor the Control Panleis nt good enough . Even so personally I check in the registry for entries tat have been left over but I don'tknow if you are comfortable with doing that.

[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]
[/FONT]

[FONT=Arial, sans-serif]But lets get those scans done first

Hello, decided to give you some updates, I runned sfc SCANNOW IMG_20170926_024838.jpg - Google Drive I didn't use it more than once because I need to go to sleep, but might do it.

The other day I also used adwcleaner but it is interesting is that since I download it(few months before the BSODs) never had anything reported like it was okay. I'll keep you updated once I run the other thing you said. Hope this would help to narrow down the possible cause of the BSOD.

I deleted the AVG register in regedit(I know a bit about it, but not too much and I only remove registries from uninstalled programs, not to change things randomly) and yes, I used that thing which was supposed to remove everything.

P.S. I think that you didn't saw that I changed my antivirus to Avira the free version and no viruses or anything were reported. Also while was on the display for safe menu and etc. there was an option to recover or similar word windows, but I decided to ask here instead of going blindly if it could help.

Hello, it's me again, I'm very sorry that I still can't seem to be able to capture the error screen because it is like 2-5 seconds so I can't take picture, but I decided to run 3 times scannow and nothing: image
Here are the newest logs, like 1 time each month a blue screen:logs.

I also run adwcleaner and nothing. Still my question remains if it is hardware fault and should reinstall fix everything. It is indeed slow compared to how it was when I got it. Thanks in advance and I can give you images if you would need from bluescreenviewer if they would help you in any way.

P.S. Maybe on later date would check my HDD if the problem is from there.
