Getting Satellite local channels to appear?

Is there a way to get the local channels from my Satellite provider to show up in media center? Not only are they not in the guide, I can't even manually change the channel (through media center) to those channels (0-69).

Is there a reason it seems to only be receiving the satellite channels?

Well, it's another mysterious miracle. I somehow, when fiddling with adding channels to the guide, got the local channels to appear, so never mind.
