getting the boot loader back after removing linux

Hi,

I uninstalled linux and then wanted to use windows. It was a dual boot. I read the process online but stupidly I only made an acer e recovery disk not a windows 7 disk. I can't access the command prompt now because I get the linux grub loader error.

What can I do?

I do not have a windows 7 repair disk. Unless I can download one to a usb stick from somewhere?

I dont know what to do,so any assistance is appreciated.

You have to update the master boot code. It's now the grub loader.
Master boot code is part of MBR... so just rewrite the MBR.

Download Partition Wizard bootable CD. "Free Download Bootable CD Now!" on bottom of Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online burn that ISO and boot the sick machine with that DVD. then rebuild the MBR of the internal boot drive. Apply the change!
Reboot from hard drive afterwards
