Solved gmail lost

I reset my internet browser to default. Now I have lost my gmail email account. How do I find my gmail again?

hi in address bar type in google.com then on page that comes up upper right corner of page should have gmail and sign in.

OK I did that, but I can't remember my password, so it sent a mail to my old email address at virgin which I havn't got access to anymore, so I'm going round and round in circles

I've just found out gmail is down worldwide

Gmail is working just fine...

If you've lost your password, then you'll need to recover your account (see screen shot).

But I can't sign in to gmail because I don't know my password and to recover the password they send you an email and I can't receive emails because I'm not signed in to gmail

Create another Gmail or Other provider, (Microsoft or Yahoo), and when prompted for the email to send the reset mail to give that to Gmail
