I see 2 Google update Services, are they both required, if not how do I delete one?

Google updates updates chrome, google earth and other google products on your pc. For the best security I would keep it on automatic. Manually checking for a update will usually lesson your security, as most people forget to check manually.

If you do not use any google programs services, uninstall them. The services will then go away.
