Temps seem ok.
I don't know if you have any access to parts but the graphics card would be the first thing that I would try at this point followed by the power supply. It is hard to nail down the problem without swapping out some parts. You may be stuck bringing it in to a shop for repairs unless you can get parts to try.
The graphics card manufacturer recommends a minimum of a 450 Watt power supply, you are running pretty close with a 500. If you do end up needing a power supply I would go 600 or higher depending on funds.
