Looking up the motherboard, it does not have integrated video.

I would recommend posting what your system specs are beyond your motherboard, as right now, it looks like you are using the default install driver and not using the optimized video driver for that card.

Hi rajib650, the integrated graphic chip you have is an S3 unichrome chipset which unfortunately is now a legacy chipset and will no longer be supported by the manufacturer, the only real option you have is to install a graphic card in the AGP slot on your mobo, but you will be limited to what you can actually fit :(http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=proddesc&maincat_no=1&prod_no=1039

thanks keiici. pebbly and stormy for ur concern bt my prob not fixed.

my previous OS was Win vista in that time i able to use the transparency effect from my graphics card integrated graphics card (UNICHOME S3). that means i can use the aero effects of Win 7. windows troubleshooter also says that i can use aero bt needs wddm driver.

"The current video card may support Aero with a driver that is compliant with the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM). Contact the manufacturer of your computer or video card for a WDDM-compatible driver".

i download driver from msi which was given by Stormy.

VIA Chipset 4in1 Drivers for windows vista
and VIA P4M800CE VGA Drivers for winXP 64 bit but both of them not working.

and the motherboard cd drivers which vendors provides previously also not supported the OS.

pls give me soluation. pls

I have a computer with that exact same integrated video chipset and I'm curious as to how you got Aero working with the S3 Unichrome Video because I could never get it to work under Vista. Were drivers installed automatically or did you get them from Windows Update or somewhere else?

Additionally, try running HWInfo32 from HWiNFO & HWiNFO32 - Hardware Information and Analysis Tools and take a look at the video chipset that your computer is shown to have because if you truly did get Aero to run under Vista, I am curious as to the exact video chipset you have in your PC.

hi derician. i made a mistake in my previous mail sorry for that.
i installed vista with an external asus agp card in my msi motherboad. bt it didnt last long. after damaging that external card i changed my OS and installed XP and continue that with my integrated video card Unichome S3.

if u have any driver to update my S3 driver to use the aero effect of WIN7 pls give me the link. because windows traboule shooter says i can use aero effect if i get the rite driver

Well, the problem is... It is a very generic message for the Standard VGA adapter, since it assumes that by using the Standard VGA adapter, you have a 'newer' that it does not have drivers for. All video cards will have the standard VGA support for that reason, to allow you to 'see' with the computer, but in order to actually get the full benefit of the card, you need the drivers that will allow it to run under Windows 7 properly.

In this case, your S3 Chipset might not be supported as it is an older chipset. You COULD try here:

S3 Graphics - Products

That's the S3 Graphics website, but the problem is, your motherboard's description of the integrated S3 Chipset is vague or outdated. Looking at S3's Site, which seems to point back to VIA, there is no Windows 7 Driver for the Unichrome chipset you may have. Not even a vista one.

At this time, your three options are this:

1) Try and search for drivers for the P4M800 that might be Vista x32 or x64 compatible, it might work for Windows 7, but so far, I am not having any luck.
2) Get another AGP card, you would have better luck there with drivers.
3) Replace the MB/processor (but at that point, you are looking at a new system anyways)

Those are currently the only options I can see at this point, but #1 is very least likely.
