so i was wondering are there any powerful small graphics cards like the Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 mini itx but cheaper,i just want the card to have hdmi and be more powerful than a 560 ti.

Your CX500 may need to be upgraded if you install a more power hungry gpu. 7950/7990 or r9 280x/290x. I have a r9 280x TOP from ASUS and it's very quiet, my Sapphire 7950's get kinda loud if I push them hard.
