Solved Graphics driver: should I re-install?

I have a Win 7 64-bit with an ATI Radeon HD 4200 graphics card. I'm having some minor display issues.

If I go to Device Manager and have it search the web for drivers, it says "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date."

Is it possible that re-installing it could fix any problems and is it okay to do so in this situation?

Actually, since the graphics are integrated in the motherboard in this case, (according to HP's product website), it would be better to get the driver from here:

HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support

And it's the AMD Unified driver that you want (the most recent one).
