Rockstar should optimize it well for Dual Core CPUs too, I'm not going to build any i5s or i7s any more
I'm betting it'll be optimized for quad or higher, especially if they are updating and improving the graphics.
I could be wrong, though. According to Steam, the majority of the machines in their hardware survey are dual-cores at a little over 47%, with quad-core and above (hexa, octo etc.) sitting at 46.12%.
