Guest account, in Polish

I bought a acer revo from ebay.

it has a guest account, but the title of this account is in Polish, Gość

I have been into the guest account and checked the region & language and it's set up as English

i have also renamed it to Guest, but after a restart it changed back to Gość

Is there anything else i should be looking to to change it?

The language of the guest account is all written in English, as in, Start, all programs, documents libraries etc

Thats not good, sounds like the seller did NOT reset the comp for selling.
In this case you are wide open to be hacked
For the moment DISCONNECT from the web.

an update, it's just when i switch the guest account to off that it changes to Polish
