Win 7 64 bit. I accidentally hit the windows key and L while working and locked my computer. It won't unlock with contro/alt/delete even in safe mode The mouse won't click on anything. Some keyboard commands work
control/alt/delete gives option to lock rather than unlock even though it is locked. I am admin and there is no password. I don't get the password box
There is also a non admin account and a guest account but hardly ever used. I can go to the non admin account but this is also locked. I rebooted by pressing the power button and holding and pressing power again to start.
Sfc scannow found some corrupt files
It could not fix. System restore would not run
I can't read the error as system restore gui is minimized and can't be made bigger.
Chkdsk reported no problem
Update: I tried system restore in safe mode and while it didn't work, it cleared the previous restore point and my computer is working again. However the previous restore point was before the problem so it must have just cleared everything
Still, control/alt/delete shows a screen where it says my account is locked. I'm not going to chance the windows key and L again
