Updated drivers, and the ram wasn't fixed. Went ahead and reseated it, and hoped , since the thermal paste was just like new, it would work fine. The ram is showing up as 12GB now, and prime 95 temps are about where they were before too. (looks like its getting 1 degree hotter)
