I recently put together my custom build, and it worked fine for about a month, but I went to install my new Seagate hard drive and it immediately started boot looping. It usually gets to the windows Logo, then freezes for a moment, black screens, and starts again, sending me to a window asking if I'd like to launch startup repair, but once I click on it, it blue screens. I already made sure it's not trying to launch Windows from the new drive, and I tried running a diskpart on the new drive and repartitioned it, which let it boot once and it stayed on for a few hours. What should I do to fix this? It only started happening after I installed the new drive.
