Hard drive offline? Windows crashes and restarts

Ever sence i downloaded a file i havnt been able to boot windows 7 normally, safe mode, debug mode, or any mode u can think of. It just shows the welcome logo screen, crashes, and then restarts. If I choose the option to 'not auto restart if system encounters a problem"( via th F8 boot menu), same thing except that i get a BSOD. I have tried system recovery, the only option that works with out an error is command prompt. Now, to the real problem lol (If what i had before wasnt a big problem),What I need to know is how to put a hard drive back into read/write mode and back online in command prompt. Currently when I run the command "Diskpart" ,after i am in diskpart i run "list disk", it shows my hard drive along with another Disk, "disk 1". Now i don't know what "disk 1" is I think it is part of the virus but it has an * next to it when my main hard drive "disk 0" doesn't have the *. Also my big problem is that it shows the status of my main hard rive to be invalid and is currently dynamic. So how do I make it not dynamic and put it back online in command prompt?

Oh also obviously when I tried to reinstall windows 7 with the disk it didn't notice any drives and asked me to load a driver. Which is beacuse it is currently invalid and is dynamic. So plz dont tell me to try recovery mode beacause it wont work, If am going to fix it it is going to be done in command prompt. Also lost data is not an issue here i dont care if I have to reformatt my hard Drive as long as i can get it validated so i can install windows 7 back on it.
