Yea why has it filled up all the space all of a sudden

i have a hibernation system files that is taking up 2.4GB but hibernation is already disabled on my pc

Open an elevated Command Prompt (run as administrator), type or past this command powercfg -h off and hit Enter. Now see whether the 2.4GBs have disappeared (after reboot).

i can do other admin stuff. just not this. it says it need to be called SYSTEM to do it

Did you do any actions on the hiberfile before. Maybe it is no more in it's original state.
