I wanted to open my notebook to change the CMOS battery, but I couldn't open it. I was able to reach RAM, HDD, Fan, but not the inside.
If anyone has any experience about this, can you guide me please?

Being the cmos battery is replacable, it should be in an accessable place, so you shouldnt need to pull the machine apart.
Chances are, it will be behind the wifi module. Are you able to access and open that panel?

I've pulled my CQ60 apart once, so can only tell you from that experience, but if you do decide to go down the route of opening it up completely, be aware of any 'hidden' screws such as under the battery, HDD, or other modules.

I couldn't open it. Couldn't even remove the keyboard. I opened notebooks before. Not this one.

Get the FULL model number and check if there is a workshop manual for it.
I know Dell use to have them for there notebooks maybe HP does also.

Here is the shop manual.
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02641840.pdf

But from looking at the shop manual this is a fairly new notebook. The CMOS battery should not need replacing. I have 8+ year Dells that if I leave unplugged for a extended period of time and the removable batter get drained then the CMOS batter get drained. But as long as I have a charged battery in the unit or it's plugged into a wall outlet that CMOS battery get charged from that.
