having issues with WEI for my graphics

I'm having issues with WEI for my graphics. When I rate the PC after basic driver installs it gives an OK score (5.9 due to graphics).
When I install AMD Catalyst drivers, it says that I need to refresh, but it gives an error with video. I do not have any third party codes installed at the moment. I tried to open the WinSat folder and tried to run the videos there, some ran, but some give error. Please help on how to solve this problem.

PS: I feel WEI is important, but if computer has higher rating, then I see that overall performance is much better than not having WEI at all, or having a low WEI. Not sure if anyone else noticed this.

Have you contacted AMD or monitored their forums for others with the same ?

I'm very unaware of AMD products but did you clean install the recent driver ?

You are right. It has got to do something with drivers. With a set of older drivers I was able to get a score. After updating drivers it gave errors. For now I have edited the scores in XML files.

Not sure if amd does it but NVidia you can get older drivers too from GeForce expectance.
