HD tune How to test SSD??

Ive downloaded the trial version of this app as recommended under the free software thread.
Just need to know whats the recommended way to test the SSD with the app.

I think HD Tune was originally designed for regular HDD's as apposed to SSD's, after looking on their website I can see they have added some support for SSD's but if I was you I would use either ATTO or AS SSD to test the performance of your SSD.

ASSSD is the commonly used one for SSD.

BTW, in case you haven't noticed, HDTune free messes with your poer management settings - in particular the sleep time (it sets it to never).
