In a nutshell bluezz there isn't one as for one thing the different types of hard drive require different methods of testing them mate.
I speak of course re SSD's and spinners.
A lot of the spinners can be tested with say Seatools or the WD test stuff and the SSd's in my mind are best left to using their own specific optimizing software for testing and letting you know the state of the drive.
If you want something that will say yes it is bad or no it is ok in the blink of an eye then you might be waiting for a while.
