Everything is set to 1080p. Tried connecting with HDMI - DVI cable to DVI port on card. Same exact results.

Tray system for removable SATA backup drives.
Not currently OCd, under-volted.
I use Hybrid sleep, rarely re-boot or shutdown.
Hauppauge HD-PVR, Avermedia PCIe TV Tuner, Hauppauge PCI TV Tuner.
It's not an issue with the HDMI cable, you could use the same cable with anything and it'll be clear, the issue is that the screen is out of phase with the refresh rate of the PC, simple fix is to play about with the resolution settings within the nvidia control panel and see what yields the best results for you, another way is to lower the resolution and scale it up with the onboard scaling options on your PC
