Solved Headset and volume controll

Hello everyone!
I've bought a plantronics gamecom 780 headset. It came with a cd software. The thing is that the headset has a volume controll on the headset. The headset is usb not 3.5mm jacks. I've installed the software and everything works great but the volume controll doesnt do anything it does emit a beep that signals that its working but the volume in windows and games is not changing. I know that it works fine because i tried the same thing on a laptop and everything works just fine there so it must be a windows third party software or just some kind of windows setting. Both computers have windows 7 x64 professional. Is there a way to find out whats causing the conflict?

I've found the solution for all people who cant get their volume buttons to work

Im sorry for opening a topic but this fixed the problem so people who are having a similar problem can try this
