Hello and welcome to here.

Visit OCZ's website for the correct Vdimm and timings for your ram modules. Then adjust your bios manually for that.

While testing, completely uninstall your antivirus and firewalls to test. Disabling will not help.

Please update this driver:

Code:
pcouffin pcouffin.sys Tue Dec 05 09:39:53 2006
And this driver is ancient! Please update it or uninstall it from the system:

Code:
giveio giveio.sys Wed Apr 03 22:33:25 1996

Uninstall speedfan or update it too:

Code:
 speedfan speedfan.sys Sun Sep 24 09:28:47 2006

Same advice as my last post, minus speedfan.

Only this time, adding these drivers as well. Update your network driver by visiting Realtek's site too.

Code:
Rt86win7 Rt86win7.sys Fri May 22 10:52:05 2009
adfs adfs.SYS Thu Aug 14 10:57:15 2008
I noticed you have Avast installed. I'd uninstall that too, to test, while updating all the drivers shown. Once everything is updated, install Avast again to see if that was the issue - as that in itself could be.

I update this driver today morning from Realtek.

Can all of this be a faulty memory problem?

Thx for the quick reply.

I'd uninstall Avast then update all the drivers shown. Take things from there.

Did you also adjust your bios yet?

The faulty RAM must be replaced before we can figure out what other problems that you may/may not have.
Once you get the new RAM, run Memtest for 3 passes to be sure you don't get errors - then post back and we'll see where to go from there.

How many passes did you run with Memtest?

Try this free hard drive diagnostic: HD Diagnostic
If it passes, then try this:
CHKDSK /R
Run CHKDSK /R from an elevated (Run as adminstrator) Command Prompt.
When it tells you it can't do it right now - and asks you if you'd like to do it at the next reboot - answer Y (for Yes) and press Enter. Then reboot and let the test run. It may take a while for it to run, but keep an occasional eye on it to see if it generates any errors. See "CHKDSK LogFile" below in order to check the results of the test.

Elevated Command Prompt
Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the Search Box, right click on Cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator"

CHKDSK LogFile
Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Expand the Windows logs heading, then select the Application log file entry.
Double click on the Source column header.
Scroll down the list until you find the Chkdsk entry.
Copy/paste the results into your next post.
