Solved Help and support issue

Hi

I am having problems with the Help and Support in my win 7.

For instance, if I click "Browse Help" and go down Files, folders and libraries -> Searching and organizing -> Searching and search options -> Change advanced indexing options, the only thing shown is a picture of a tool box with rotating arrows to Rotate counderclockwise and Rotate clockwise, apparantely beloning to some media program.

If I search for something, like "indexing" or "windows" or whatever, the only result I get is

• Go online to get answers from other Windows users
• Search IT Pro content on the Microsoft TechNet website

Any ideas on what the problem could be and how to sort it would be very appreciated.

Finally found out how to correct the issue, caused by some bluetooth software

Go into regedit and browse down to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Assistance\Client\1.0\Namespaces\OEM\en-US\Titles
(or whatever corresponding language you are using, I guess)

Remove the "BCRM_Bluetooth_Help"

Restart the application and now it should work, at least it did for me.
