I've seen other threads, so I'll do what they do. I'll upload my minidump here .... can anyone figure out the problem?

Also this only happens when I play certain games, it just gives me a HARDWARE MALFUNCTION and sometimes the classic BSOD that says that "Windows needs to shut down" and all that stuff.

Some games this happened in: Counterstrike Source, Lord of the Rings Battle for Middle Earth 1 and 2, Maple Story, World of Warcraft

Also, occasionally my browser and whole computer freeze up for a bit (but there's no blue screen error), I use Google Chrome if it is of any significance.

I use Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

Hi and welcome

This on was caused by you video driver. The OS tried to reset it but it didnt respond in time and that caused the crash

I would download and install a fresh video driver
and run a system file check
type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

let us know the results

Ken

Well I tried to pop in my Video driver CD that came with the Video Card I bought .. it says its only for Windows XP 64-bit ..... grr .. so I just downloaded them off the NVIDIA site, pretty sure I got the right ones.

But are you sure that's the problem? I did all this before and nothing good came of it.

Edit:
Okay I installed new drivers, but the problem still occurs. I do the scan in the cmd like you said, and it says it found no problems, but the BSOD still happens and my computer randomely freezes at times. Any help?

WOO okay I got it fixed. To anyone else who had this problem, the reason this happened was because a game I had recently installed was rather old, and it installs drivers upon installing the game, but instead of verifying if you have the most recent drivers, it installed the ones on the game CD anyway; bad programming.

SO I just rolled back the drivers in the Device Manager for my video card, and downloaded the new ones off of NVIDIA's website.

If my theory is right, then anyone who is installing this game "The Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth II" on a Windows 7 32 bit OS, then beware, for this game will massacre your computer.

OMFG I really don't get why it happens again now 2 weeks later. Except instead of Blue Screen now, now it's freezing every 5 minutes and games have all this fuzzy distortion all over the screen, games glitch up and flicker/freeze and I have to end the process from Task Manager. Although still sometimes the blue screen of death comes.

Any ideas?
