Hello!. I have a problem with my PC. After I start my computer,I see a blue screen of death after a few seconds. I'm not sure that which software/device is causing the BSOD. Well, these are the errors in event viewer:

Error:The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x00041790, 0xc08020a8, 0x0000ffff, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 011214-14976-01.

Critical:The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I don't get to see any memory.dmp file in C:\Windows though.

Another question: In my graphic card settings,I get to see this: Video Interface :64 bit. But my windows7 is of 32 bit. Could that be the problem of BSOD?. Please help me.

Thanks:)

The video card could certainly be an issue.

The biggest issue I see here is that the BSOD analysis is being made very difficult by the fact that the Windows 7 installation is counterfeit. My suggestion is to start with a clean installation of a genuine Windows 7 to minimise the issues and make the BSOD analysis simpler.
