It's not possible that in one hour you could have worked through all of the steps to disinfect, repair system files, rescue files then if necessary run Factory Recovery or Clean Reinstall.

If you want it fixed you need to do the steps or take it to a shop - there are no shortcuts. We'll know you are actually doing them when you interact with us on your progress. :geek:

Ok, so I went through the steps, and tried using the bootable antivirus thing to help, and it hasn't because everytime I try to boot it something goes wrong, and I'm not sure if my computer supports anything like virtual drives and other external programs.

What you mention has nothing to do with correctly booting a bootable AV to scan your HD which can be done on any PC with a working CD drive or which supports flash stick boot.

We need the actual error message or exactly what happens as we cannot troubleshoot "something goes wrong."

You have two things you can do,

Method one:
1: The computer with the problem, you must know what OS version it's running, (eg. 64bit or 32bit of Windows 7)
2: Then go to any other computer that has windows 7 **bit (** stands for the number of your previous not working computer's bit. eg. 32bit)
3: Insert a blank CD/DVD in your computer (minimum 500 mb)
4: Go to start in the other computer, and type in "create a system repair disc" and press Enter
5: Then Select your CD/DVD drive in the select option and click Create disc
6: Restart your computer
7: Boot from your CD/DVD by press F12 in your keyboard while booting up. (Might be different key for other computer. If it's different for you, go into your bios and enable your CD/DVD to boot first)
8: It should say "Windows is loading files" like how you first were to install Windows 7
9: Then you should know what to do. If not, tell me and I will tell you next steps.

Method two

1. Get your Microsoft Windows 7 installation disk ready.
2. Boot from it. Then follow step 7 in method 1.

Let me know if it helps you. If you succeed in these steps, then click on "Startup Repair" in the option when the disk loads up. It should fix the problems and ask you to restart the computer.

I've created a system repair disk as a backup and that didn't work(I tried that awhile ago that's why I came here)

There are many different steps given in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot
so which one didn't work?

If the Repair CD doesn't boot or perform then there is a link to the installer which also can be used to repair.

When someone faces every known step to try to get Win7 booted and replied "it Doesn't work" then we usually find it was they who didn't want to work.

Someone who invested the time and effort would want to our interactive support which is the best in the business.

Ok so I tried using windows defender offline and it said it found 2 infected files and removed them, so I tried booting and it still won't boot, any suggestions as to why this happened? Do I need an internet connection for it to successfully work?

I'll go through another thing with windows defender and I'll tell you when the scan is done.

So I did the scan and these are the only two files I got
Trojan:Win32/Cleaman.G
TrojanDownloader:Win32/Cutwail.BE
But I'm confused because before I did a full scan and got over 50 infected files and removed them all, but my computer still won't work, any ideas as to why or how to fix it?

Oh and I tried safe mode, still won't boot, but I'll see if I can find anythinf in the troubleshoot section, and another thing, I can't connect to the internet because my modem was changed recently after my pc stopped working.

What do you mean it was changed ? Please elaborate.
