I have been using Internet Explorer 8 and I want to update it to version 11, but I cannot. I have been downloading this EIE11_EN-US_WOL_WIN764.EXE file, but won't run. "It says, You need Windows 7 SP1 or Server 2008 R2 SP1 to install Internet Explorer 11." What should I do to be updated in Internet Explorer? I am already missing a lot with this browser. I've been puzzled. Actually, I also have Firefox and Chrome (in their latest versions). I think Firefox is a great tool to download flash media files like .swf. And I use Chrome to use videolink2.me. I also use Chrome in my Android for the same reason. However, I like Internet Explorer for my download manager. I've even tried Firefox in videolink2.me and it worked, however I really must use Chrome if I am not just to have video conferencing but screen sharing as well. I haven't tried the Firefox browser in my phone though. At the moment, I do a lot of video conferencing and screen sharing through videolink2.me, so Chrome is my current champion. If there would be a work-around for my Internet Explorer and can promise to deliver real time communication through it, I might switched back. For now, it is in its stand by mode in my taskbar. Your system specs do not show you having SP 1 installed which make me think you do not have all of your microsoft updates. I would update my OS and in the process you will find that IE11 gets installed as well as bug fixes that you need.
