help iam experiencing always BSOD 0x00000124

I have a laptop toahiba satellite A505-S6980 i have this for almost 2-3yrs...

Help i cant start up normaly or even use setup repair or safe mode...
It keeps on having bsod or retarting plz help...

I did clean the inside of laptop and remove dust i also did windows memory diagnostic tool detects no problem...
What should i do any help thank you...
I hope anyone there can help me...
