Help! Interactive logon process initialization has failed

Please consult the event log for more details.

I am not knowledgeable with computers, could someone walk me through how to fix this? It is an hp laptop.

I cannot boot past startup at all. This happens in all the variations of safe mode as well.

I can press f8 on startup and go to repair your computer.

Startup repair doesn't detect anything.

System restore doesn't help too.

System image recovery does nothing too.

Anyone here know how to fix it and walk me through it?
