hiya, from this one .dmp the one thing that is standing out for me is the age of your drivers >?

the majority of your drivers are from July of 2009 which means they definately need updating, for instance i have seen this driver RTKVHD64.SYS which is your Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver cause crashes in other systems when out of date

go to the ASUS website look up your motherboard and update to all the latest drivers offered :)

please can you tell us what antivirus and or third party firewall your using ?

let us know how you get on ?

Hi, Thanks I am trying to update all my drivers right now. I went to the asus support web site. they don't have the newest drivers. I have to use the driver max to find out. I can only update 2 in one day for its free ver.
Also, I am using the Norton Internet Security 90 days free come with motherboard. Also the Microsoft security essentials.

my advice is completely unninstall Norton also making sure it has completely gone by using their removal tool and you will be perfectly safe just using MSE complimented with bi monthly scans for malware using a decent malware tool like the free version of malwarebytes :geek:
