Help, my PC screen goes all crazy!

OK, so I had my PC tip-top, playing all the games the whole autumn. Once I was in a game of Dota 2 my screen froze, but the picture got all messy (it created double layers of the picture). It wasn't just the screen that froze but the PC too ( I think ). It happened 3-4 more times so I formated my PC.

After I formated it, it went all smooth and good, until I started playing Red Alert 3 lan with my brother (it did the same thing as before). But I didn't format, I had the PC like that until yesterday.
NOTE: It didn't crashed every time I play a game, after the format it cashed only 3 times.

So the big thing happened yesterday, I was in a Dota 2 match, my screen froze in the midle of a match but this time numbers and signs appeared on the screen. I restarted and when the PC was starting up the screen was messy ( blue lines went all over it, red-ish dots were on the screen, and when it gave the log in window(the place where I type the PC password) there were numbers and signs appearing)
NOTE:This things were happening when the PC was starting up.

So today I tryed formating my PC again. I was expecting the formating to go well but, the sceen was messy(fu*ck up) while the formating started. The formating went well until it came to do the last thing on the list (the list thats on the left with % on it .. you know what IM talking about). The PC restarted (it didn't finish the formating) and the screen went black with signs on the top and it froze like that so I had to turn it off

If you know how to hanndle this please PLEASE help, If I have to take it to a profesional tell me,
And I think that it might be something with the Graphick card cause it crashed only when I was playing games

firstly formatting isnt really the answer to any problem unless you HAVE to, as all youre doing is trying to patch up a bullet hole with a bandaid.

Im going to point the finger that the issue is caused by your RAM. Now as you havent listed your pc's spec its hard to recommend what to do.
Normally if you have more than one stick of ram youd take out one, and try it, see if the problem persists, if it does pop it back in and take out the other. if the problem goes away, youve solved it and need a new stick of ram, if that doesnt solve it then youve got to think about something else.

Then id point the finger at your GPU (graphics card) 2 ways you could test it, one pop it in another pc and see if the problem persists on that one, if it does, youve solved it, if it doesnt then you could try stress testing it with a 3rd party aplication, if that causes the issue to persist then again you need a new GPU.

If all that doesnt work and you still have an issue then its time to start thinking it maybe something to do with your motherboard, if its still under warranty then youve nothing to worry about, if it isnt then you either need to just ashume its that or borrow one off somebody to test that.

Ill try this right now . And yes, I have 2 rams DDR2, and I will add my PC specs right away when I get to sit on a PC x)
