Unlink OneDrive from my PC

How can I unlink OneDrive from my PC? When I google it, it says to right click the cloud icon on task bar but I do not have that icon. I went in under add/remove programs and uninstalled it. I am using DVD Flick to burn videos but when I add the videos it stores them in my OneDrive which I do not want but how can that happen when I deleted it from my PC?
