Hi SIW2,
I'm using new Paragon Backup & Recovery 2014 free version on my laptop (ThinkPad Yoga) with USB 3.0 external HDD for the archive. So, I will be happy and thankful if you can help me with your tool to create bootable WinPE USB flash drive, since I don't have CD/DVD drive, for the recovery purpose. Thanks in advance.

You can use Rufus to create bootable flash from an iso.

Ok, thanks for quick replay. Where can I download your tool to prepare WinPE ISO disk with Paragon Backup 2014 and appropriate USB 3.0 drivers? Do you have some guide how to use your tool?
