Open notepad . Inside notepad paste the highlighted text .

Click on File ===> Save As
Location : Desktop
File Name : RestoreWindowsUpdateWin7.bat
Save as type : All files
Click the Save button

On the Desktop right click on RestoreWindowsUpdateWin7. Bat and select

restart PC . See if the Windows Updates works .

If just been getting BSOD process1_intialization_failed
I think it's cause my boot up is messed up, I have to spam f11 to open the boot up menu or else it boots up my hard drive and not windows

Can you login to Windows ? After a restart ?

Can you get to the Advanced Boot Options ? By pressing on the F8 key while the PC is loading

Burn it to a DVD or create a bootable USB . We're not going to reinstall Windows we are just going to use it to delete a file

I can't use windows, it just blue screens. I'll have to wait till tomorrow and get the file on my laptop, I lent it to my sis. Thanks for everything so far.
