Help with redirects on every site opened

I seem to have the same site keep opening in a new tab on the internet. I use Firefox and have have good luck, better than IE10, buts that me. I am inserting an image of the screen to which I have been unable to locate the culprit to this.

Download Malwarebytes (Free) and run a full scan.

Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner are two good starting points - run them both in the order given

You should also check your IPv4 DNS servers
- record the existing addresses, then
- set them to Google public DNS servers
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

There are some other manual steps that I suggest, but let's see what Mbam and AdwCleaner do.

I have a link to MBAM in my sig, de-select the 30 day trial when you install it.
What is the site you get the popup, or popunder, from?
There are a lot dodgy sites that always want you to update this or that (crap) or install some player or another. Fake virus scan which will warn you that you have an infection, also crap.

Please elaborate on that did not work either. The program didn't download, it didn't run, it didn't find anything?

You might have to run the malware scanners in Safe mode.

See what AdwCleaner can tell you. If you want good help, you need to provide good feedback. Error messages, failure points, post utility output, post screen shots.... etc., etc., etc.
