Solved BSOD & Mem Dump on every shut down & restart

Hi and thank you in advance for looking over this problem for me. I can provide you with any additional information you may need. Below is what information comes to mind as of right now and the things I have done to try and correct this issue already.

This version of windows is a fresh install directly from disk. I built my computer last weekend and since it has been BSODing every single shut down. Computer information follows.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64bit, OEM System Builder's Pack

CPU:Intel Core I7 Sandy Bridge 2600K
Clocking information: OCed to 4.10GHz (Proper cooling measures are taken)

Graphics Card: N-Vidia GeForce GTX {fermi} 460 Se
Clocking information:Varied on use.

Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-17000CL9D-4GBXL

MoBo: GIGABYTE GA-P67A-D3-B3, LGA 1155, Intel P67 chipset

HDs:Multiple.
1) Windows installed primary drive, Seagate Barracuda ST3250312AS

2) Irrelevant to error. Problem persists with or without this drive. Seagate Brand.

3) Same as 2. Irrelevant to error. Problem persists with or without this drive. Seagate Brand.

I have attempted many things to correct this, Windows repair, reinstalling the OS, running "safe mode" and "Clean Boot", toggeling Express boot on and off, Memory testing, And a few other minor things such as removing programs (Anti-virus, Bloat ware, Ect.) that may be interfering with proper booting and shut down procedures.

Dump logs Ect should be in attachment from this post. But it seems I am having a little trouble with the site taking my information at times.

Again if there are any debuging programs you may need me to run simply request it and I should be able to get a response with the results nearly instantly. This problem is something I must get fixed ASAHP and dose not seem to be a "walk it off" case. I fear for my system's integrity in the mean time.

My system now boot and shuts down flawlessly. Even radical fast for what i thought was possible at that! It takes about 5 seconds to shut down and roughly 10-15 seconds to boot up from dead off with the quick boot functionality.(Just drooling over the new features i didn't have before.)

Just FYI, it was the on/off charge function. Final verdict, removal. I don't want anything designed for/from/around Apple tech on my rig.
