HelP!WMDC still runs after uninstall

Hi, this is really annoying but I installed Windows Mobile Device Center and wanted to get rid of it.

I uninstalled the Windows Mobile Device Center Update then the program itself through control panel's add/remove programs. I reset my computer and....

WMDCBASE.EXE is still running

How do i get rid of this thing permanently?

Reinstall the program, and try uninstalling it with Revo Uninstaller.

thanks, tried... but doesn't work.

Not even on the list of the uninstalled programs for revo

yup did, says no uninstaller app even after reinstalling
