Hi All
I have seen a few posts on similar discussions but none on the problem that I am having. So I will post it here for some help. The problem I am having is that when I go to view a file or folder name in, in this case, in my photos folder, all I get is the picture with no text to reference as to what is inside the folder. I have tried all of the usual stuff (tool, folder options, and the view, (un)check the hide folder names option from the drop down). When I uncheck this option I get the names back, but when I log off and back on, win7 resets itself and I am stuck to uncheck this option again. Any way to get this turned off for good? As you can see below the hide file names option is checked, and I don't want it to ever be checked again. How do I get Win7 to recognize this once and for all? Thanks.
