I have a mini pc on 64 bit that runs a kind of high NT kernel & system process. I think this is part of why the pc is kind of slow. I can't seem to find how to find what is causing it. It sounds like it is probably a driver problem. I can't find the old kernrate program that will work with this. At least people that have tried the old version say what is out there wont and MS links for anything are dead. Seems like this would be easy to determine if I could get the ID for the kernel usage and use process explorer. Or is there any other way to decipher this?
