So I was having trouble connecting at all to the wireless network in my home but I worked through that with drivers and what now but now I am having a different problem. I connect to the net and stay on just fine, but while playing World of Warcraft, I will be running along just fine and get a huge latency spike (>2k) and then I get disconnected from the game. Any thoughts?

Well lets start here by asking what type of network card you have and router? Are both up to date with the latest drivers and firmware for the router? Does the router support IPv6? if no on the IPv6 disable it and see if that fixes the issue.

I have seen several people say to disconnect that or turn it off but I dont know what it is. I saw how to get to it but when I get there, I dont see anything called IPv6

goto the taskbar in the left of the clock right click the wireless icon and open network and sharing center. then click on your wireless network look for the properties tab, you will see the internet protocol version 6 (IPv6) uncheck it and hit ok. then test to see if this helps.
