High Memory Usage - HiJackThis Log

Hello everyone,

I've been noticing this morning that my memory usage was up to 80%-85% with barely anything running. All I recall running was a paused movie in VLC, pidgin IM, Google Desktop and Chrome.

It's dropped back down now to about 35%, but I'm still a bit concerned. I've got more running now than when it was up high.

Below is a HiJackThis log of my computer at the moment. I was hoping someone might be able to take a look and advise me on the proper course of action.

WMPNETWK.EXE is known to have used high CPU uses, even if not actually sharing the music or video.

WMPNETWK.EXE is known to have used high CPU uses, even if not actually sharing the music or video.
