Homegroup working but not working

I have three computers, a desktop, and two laptops all running windows 7 ultimate. I am able to link the desktop and the E5500 but the D620 will not connect to the homegroup. The message I keep getting is 'password incorrect' and I know that it is case sentive.
I have checked ipv6 on the D620 and it is on. I have tried to leave the homegroup with all the computers and reconnect the homegroup, still getting error. I created the homegroup with the D620 and now the other computers give me the 'password incorrect' error. I know that the problem is with the D620.
Any help would be appriciated.

i recently overcame this issue by resetting my reuter,i took the power lead out for 10 seconds and restarted it, this worked fine ,i often get the wifi dropping out and its now my first point of fixing any wifi issues ,usually its the printer not connecting ,same fix works. good luck

I just tried to reset my router and that did not change things. I have a feeling that the problem lies in the d620. There has to be a setting that I am missing. thanks for the input.
