Hotkeyz execution of cmd

When I run my shortcut for cmd prompt in Hotkeyz, I am put at the "C:\Program Files <x86>\Skynergy\HotKeyz" folder. how do i change this so it is automatically set to the default, or something like: "C:\Users\Username"?

Just right-click the shortcut => properties => change startup folder to anywhere you like to be when running it.

i am not sure where this is, but i found this under command:

C:\Windows\System32\cmd

i am not sure why it is different in cmd prompt...
